Our Philosophy is that you don’t have to spend a lot of time to get the results you are looking for. With the help of a trainer you will learn how to achieve the desired results without spending hours in the gym. You will be motivated, educated and rejuvenated.

Our programs include strength training; sport specific training, plyometrics & functional training, circuits, metabolic workouts, kettle bell, cardiovascular, HIT, interval and stretching.
The programs designed for you are relevant to your specific goals and abilities. Educating our clients about proper nutrition is also a very important part of your program. We do grocery store visits and healthy recipe tasting at Deidre’s house.

Personal Training is my true passion. I truly live the lifestyle each and every day. My goal is to help each of my clients reach their personal goals no matter how big or small they are.
